Opening a parent management account for your child is easy and FREE!

 

Step 1:  Carefully review THE 2011-2012 MEMBERSHIP MANDATE that clearly defines your child's participation. 

 

Step 2:  Complete and download the 2011-2012 Registration Forms for each child you want to enroll.

 

Step 3:   Once you have completed the registration forms,  please print them out and either hand deliver or mail them to:
